 “You know when you tell someone something random or answer a question falsely just to get out of talking to them? Yeah, well, that’s what happened. She asked me a question, and I said no, even though the answer was yes. Just because I didn’t want to talk to her.” I sighed. 

“Well, what are you gonna do about?” Susie asked.

 “That, sister dearest, is the question.”

“Alina, that’s what you’ve become. You haven’t actually changed anything. You’ve just…  reversed it. I mean, unless you’re blind, ‘unpopular’ is clearly the new popular. You aren’t the Alina who just wanted people to be viewed equally. Who wanted to destroy the power of those that believe they’re on top, just so everyone else could be happy. No. Alina McLeod tried to destroy the power of Caty Films. But, what you don’t get is that, instead of destroying the power of Caty Films, she became the power.”

“You think I asked for this? This, where we are now, isn’t what I meant to do. I didn’t want to be popular. I didn’t want to be like Caty. But here we are. I am her.
